Refund policy


ORDER CANCELLATION

You can request to cancel an order if you send an email to info@palard-official.com immediately after placing the order (you have up to 30 minutes after the order is placed). Please note that your cancellation request may not be accepted if your order is already being processed, even if it is requested within this period. In case we accept it, your refund can take up to 10 business days to be processed in your account. 

After this period, orders cannot be cancelled before shipment. However, customers retain their legal right of withdrawal and may request a return within 14 days from receipt of the order.
RETURNS

For us, your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the receipt of the order to request a return.

Discounted items (Sale, Autumn/Winter Sale, End of season Sale) and gift cards can not be returned or exchanged

To request a return, you need to contact us sending an email to info@palard-official.com and we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all the tags and labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The costs and risks associated with any return are the responsibility of the sender.
We only accept returns of purchases made on our website. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased from third party retailers, please contact them directly.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. The refund does not include initial shipping cost. We are not responsible for the refund of any additional taxes or customs duties that may have been charged to you.

Please note that if a package is returned to us because it was refused by the customer upon delivery or failed to be picked up by the customer at the Access Point, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded. Please note that the cost of the shipping back to us will also be deducted from your total refund.

 In case that the shipping back to us involves any customs or duty charges, this amount will also be deducted from the total refund. Please note that if you refuse to pay the customs and taxes upon delivery, these will be charged to us and therefore will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. 

Depending on your bank/payment method, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed in your account.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we cannot carry out direct exchanges. Alternatively, you can return the unwanted items and place a new order. We are happy to offer you our full support during this process.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards can not be exchanged or returned.
Items from orders paid with the gift card can be returned if they meet the conditions of our return policy.
If the entire order was paid with the gift card, we will issue a new gift card as a refund. If the order was paid with both gift card and additional payment method, the refund will be issued proportionally in the same payment methods.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
