*We use UPS courier for all international destinations. If you're not available when UPS attempts delivery at your address or the package can not be left in a secure place, UPS will deliver it to a nearby Access Point so you can collect it within the next 7 calendar days.
*If you refuse receiving the package upon delivery or don't collect the package from the Access Point, the package will be returned to us and we will handle it as an order return. Both initial shipping cost and the cost of the shipping back to us will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total refund. In case that the shipping back to us involves any customs or duty charges, this amount will also be deducted from the total refund. (Please check Palard Return Policy)

Shipping cost does not include any customs duties or taxes that may apply in the course to the destination. The customer will be fully responsible of these charges.
EU: No taxes or customs fees apply to orders within the European Union.
*Canary Islands: orders may be subject to custom duties and taxes which are the customer's responsibility.
UK: No taxes or customs for UK orders up to £135. Orders over this amount may be subject to custom duties and taxes which are the customer’s responsibility.
